1. Program Description:
Liquidity Social Club ("we", "us", "our") utilizes SMS messaging to send internal, automated operational alerts, system notifications, and scheduling updates to authorized venue staff and management via our proprietary operating system (Liquidity OS).

2. Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on operational triggers (e.g., inventory alerts, system sweeps, and shift notifications).

3. Pricing & Rates:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out & Help Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START". If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

5. Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Sharing:
We take your privacy seriously. We collect your mobile phone number solely for the purpose of transmitting internal operational notifications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
